RAGE A Scenic Design In a Digital World

RAGE A new work apart of Emerson Stage's New Work Festival was written by Greg T. Nanni and directed by Rebecca Miller Kratzer. This Scenic Design was a great design of utilizing stock objects, and found electronics to maximize a minimal design budget show. With 500 dollars set aside for the scenic design I was determined to bring this dark web cyber cult the perfect space to sacrifice the wall street broker they were set on murdering that day.

A large chunk of my design concept for RAGE was this underground fallen digital world.  Almost as if a tech  company fell through the celling of a mad mens lair.

Too support the actors I wanted parts of the set to intractable either through pulling tracks or some sort of wire/rope to attach to actors or set pieces.

Separating the  digital world and the physical coffee shop that inhabited the other parts of the play originally relied on  painted wooden floor. Moving through the process the wood floor didn't serve the needs of the play.
